  • Your products will be shipped on the next business day following your order. If your items hasn't arrived in 5 business days following your order please contact us at hello@natanico.com and we’ll send you the tracking number and investigate for you.


  • In the event of faulty or damaged goods received, please send the items back and include a copy of your postage receipt. If the product is deemed faulty after review, we will then credit the cost of postage back to you and resend your items.
